Loan Operations Specialist
Position Summary:
The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for processing, servicing, and maintaining commercial and consumer loan transactions in accordance with the bank’s policies, regulatory guidelines, and service level agreements. This role ensures accuracy in loan documentation, funding, payments, and compliance while supporting the commercial lending team with administrative and operational tasks.
Essential Duties:
• Customer & Internal Support: Provide support to relationship managers, credit team and other internal stakeholders regarding loan-related inquiries.
• Respond to customer requests regarding loan payments, balances, and account details.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to loan servicing.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensures all loan documentation adheres to internal policies, federal, and state regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in audits and examinations by preparing necessary loan reports and documentation.
• Identify and escalate any exceptions, errors, or risks in loan processing.
• Loan Processing/Documentation. Process new commercial and consumer loan applications, modifications, renewals and payoffs.
• Review and verify loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Ensure proper booking and funding of loans into the bank’s core system.
• Maintain loan records and electronic files
• Loan Servicing & Administration: Processes loan payments, advances, and adjustments.
• Monitor and manage loan ticklers, collateral records, and insurance tracking.
• Handle loan payoffs and release of collateral as needed.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
• Supervisory and team management skills.

Universal Banker- Tarpon Springs
Position Summary:
The Universal Banker is responsible for conducting teller transactions and cash vault transactions in an accurate and timely manner. This position is also responsible for the sales and servicing of all bank products and services. The incumbent works with the branch team to achieve branch goals in the areas of deposit growth and business relationship growth. Must be able to identify the needs of new and existing customers and offer appropriate services currently available. This position needs to maintain current knowledge of products services and current promotions. The incumbent is also responsible for providing operational support and exceptional customer service while maintaining essential controls and safeguards.
Essential Functions:
1. Provide a complete range of prompt, efficient and courteous customer service by assisting customers on the teller-line, in person and on the phone.
2. Accepts consumer and commercial deposits, loan payments, processes checking and savings account withdrawals and cashes checks.
3. Balance cash drawers in accordance with Bank procedures and regulations.
4. A working knowledge of all bank products and services. Works within the framework of procedures, policy, and authority limits.
5. Adheres to all applicable bank regulations and policies including Reg CC, Bank Secrecy Act/Anti Money Laundering and OFAC Compliance policies and procedures.
6. Become knowledgeable regarding department’s internal controls as outlined in the

Community Association Banking (CAB) Operations Specialist
Position Summary:
The Operations Specialist for CAB Services oversees the daily functions that support banking products and services tailored to homeowner and community associations. This role ensures efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, process optimization, and a consistently high-quality experience for clients, property management companies, and internal partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and understands the specialized needs of association financial management.
Essential Functions
Operational Functions
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of deposits, payments, lockbox services, treasury management activities, and account maintenance.
• Execute on operational policies, workflows, and quality standards that support scalability and exceptional client service.
• Monitor daily production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Client & Stakeholder Support
• Serve as an escalation point for complex operational issues, collaborating with relationship managers, treasury specialists, and property management partners.
• Ensure seamless onboarding of new CAB clients.
• Build strong internal partnerships with Sales, Compliance, IT, and Product teams to support client needs and operational enhancements.
Risk Management & Compliance
• Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements specific to CAB accounts and treasury services.
• Oversee fraud prevention processes, exception handling, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and documentation in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
Process Optimization & Technology
• Evaluate existing systems and tools used in CAB banking operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with technology teams to support system upgrades, automation initiatives, and new product implementations.
• Lead operational testing, user acceptance, and training related to new processes or platforms.
Qualifications Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in banking operations, treasury services, or financial services operations.
• Strong understanding of HOA/COA financial structures, payment cycles, and industry-specific service needs.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience with HOA lockbox processing, payment platforms, or treasury management systems.
• Knowledge of banking compliance requirements including BSA/AML, KYC, and account documentation standards.
