Universal Banker- Tarpon Springs
Position Summary:
The Universal Banker is responsible for conducting teller transactions and cash vault transactions in an accurate and timely manner. This position is also responsible for the sales and servicing of all bank products and services. The incumbent works with the branch team to achieve branch goals in the areas of deposit growth and business relationship growth. Must be able to identify the needs of new and existing customers and offer appropriate services currently available. This position needs to maintain current knowledge of products services and current promotions. The incumbent is also responsible for providing operational support and exceptional customer service while maintaining essential controls and safeguards.
Essential Functions:
1. Provide a complete range of prompt, efficient and courteous customer service by assisting customers on the teller-line, in person and on the phone.

Branch Operations Specialist
Position Summary
The Specialist provides support to branch personnel and internal employees through email, phone, and on-site branch visits. Specialists serve as a key point of contact for new account document verification, branch audit support, new hire training support, and day-to-day operational assistance. Primary areas of focus include new account verification and maintenance, document review, procedure development and branch audits.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Conduct detailed reviews of new customer records for accuracy and completeness.

Treasury Management Sales Officer
Position Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Treasury Management Sales Officer based in Clearwater, FL. The Treasury Management Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s treasury management products to existing, new and prospective commercial clients. Daily tasks will include managing client relationships, analyzing customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. The role requires active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and client satisfaction. They must provide appropriate consultative solutions and be pro-active in servicing and maintaining positive working relationships with treasury management support staff, assigned lending teams, retail banking teams clients, and prospects.
The role will be responsible for consistently attaining annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a business plan and strategy based on corporate goals and initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities
• Grow Treasury product revenue through direct sales.
• Utilize networking, community, and public relations activities to identify prospective Treasury Management client opportunities.
• Perform product research and identify appropriate solutions for customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Partner with commercial lending and retail teams to develop profitable business utilizing treasury management products and depository solutions.
• Manage client calls and contacts and meet all assigned goals.
